Football Game Recap: Kickapoo vs. Waynesville

Waynesville might have drawn first blood against Kickapoo on Friday, but it was Kickapoo who got the last laugh. It was close but no cigar for Waynesville as they fell 22-25 to Kickapoo. If Waynesville were hoping to take revenge for the 20-36 loss against Kickapoo the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed.

The defeat dropped Waynesville's record to 0-1. The win bumped Kickapoo's record up to 0-1.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Waynesville take on Lebanon at 7:00 PM. As for Kickapoo, they will face off against Parkview.
