Manitowoc Lincoln won the last time they faced Pulaski and things went their way on Thursday too. The Ships blew past the Red Raiders 3-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Ships as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

One reason for the win was Manitowoc Lincoln's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13, 25-12.

Their offense was headlined by Mollie Junk and Abby Weidmayer, who picked up 15 kills apiece. They got some help from Cora Foster and her 17 assists. She and Junk didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

Manitowoc Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Pulaski, they moved to 8-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Manitowoc Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Kettle Moraine on the 19th. As for Pulaski, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Houghton on the 20th.
