Basketball Recap: Jordan Little's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Lighthouse Prep Academy over Chamois

Lighthouse Prep Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 45-36 to the Chamois Pirates. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Pirates from their previous meeting back in January of 2023.

Lighthouse Prep Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordan Little, who posted 12 points. Grant King was another key player, putting up nine points.

Lighthouse Prep Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Chamois, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-8.

Lighthouse Prep Academy will challenge Heritage Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage Academy will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Lighthouse Prep Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chamois, they will be playing at home against Missouri Military Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
