The North Monterey County Condors will take on the Pacific Grove Breakers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, North Monterey County turned things around against Rancho San Juan on Thursday. They blew past the Trailblazers 13-2. The Condors not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 5th (when they won 27-8).

Paige Ramirez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Ramirez was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Meiha Vargas was incredible, going 3-for-5 with six RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Jazzlyn Paniagua was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
