While Ladysmith didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They strolled past the Hayward Hurricanes with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 48-33. Winning may never get old, but the Lumberjacks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Ladysmith's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points per game. As for Hayward, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

Ladysmith will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cumberland at 7:00 p.m. As for Hayward, they will head out to challenge Cameron at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
