Volleyball Recap: Newark Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Newark faced off against Lincoln on Thursday. The Wildcats fell 3-1 to the Lions. The Wildcats have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Newark's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lincoln, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Newark didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Reynoldsburg on the 8th. Lincoln has also already played their next contest (against Pickerington Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
