Soccer Recap: Fort Zumwalt South Takes a Loss

Fort Zumwalt South managed to slip by Chaminade the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bulldogs came up short against the Red Devils on Thursday, falling 4-1. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Fort Zumwalt South it sure didn't stay that way.

Fort Zumwalt South has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season. As for Chaminade, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3-2.

Looking ahead, Fort Zumwalt South will challenge Collinsville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Chaminade, they will face off against De Smet Jesuit at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
