Basketball Recap: North Forsyth Comes Up Short

After flying high against Denmark last Tuesday, North Forsyth came back down to earth. The North Forsyth Raiders fell 61-51 to the West Forsyth Wolverines on Tuesday. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolverines earlier this season, when they won 68-64.

North Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for West Forsyth, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-14 record this season.

North Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Forsyth, they will take on Lambert at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lambert knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 26 games -- so hopefully West Forsyth likes a good challenge.
