Baseball Recap: Rushville Find Success

Rushville was not the first on the board on Saturday, but they got there more often. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Oldenburg Academy Twisters. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Twisters: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Trey Newman, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Hunter Cowan also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.
