Soccer Recap: New Manna Christian Takes a Loss

New Manna Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Abundant Life Christian Academy Knights. New Manna Christian were not able to make up for their defeat to Abundant Life Christian Academy from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

New Manna Christian hit Abundant Life Christian Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Davis, Jace Walker, Cass Baker, and Nick Garner.

New Manna Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Abundant Life Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, New Manna Christian will welcome Gospel Light Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Gospel Light Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something New Manna Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Abundant Life Christian Academy, they will head out to face off against Tabernacle Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
