Basketball Recap: Malta Beats Rocky Boy for Their 14th Straight Win

Malta extended their postseason success on Thursday against Rocky Boy. They breezed past the Rocky Boy Northern Stars to the tune of 87-60. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

The win was the 14th in a row for Malta, bringing their record for this year to 19-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.4 points over those games. As for Rocky Boy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Malta didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-53 victory against Conrad on the 6th. As for Rocky Boy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 60-51 win against Poplar on the 6th.
