Volleyball Recap: Irving Takes a Loss

If Irving was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Berkner on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Richardson Eagles on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-14, 25-9.

Irving has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season. As for Richardson, their record is now 23-17.

As of now, neither Irving nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
