Softball Recap: Wabash Takes a Loss

Wabash lost against Rochester back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Apaches came up short against the Zebras, falling 8-2. The Apaches have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wabash's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Rochester, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-4.

Coming up, Wabash will take on Elwood at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Apaches' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season. As for Rochester, they will square off against Tippecanoe Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Zebras surely won't give up without a fight.
