Skyline put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lincoln Cardinals a 6-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 14 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Skyline pushed their record up to 20-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-3.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against Warsaw on the 23rd. As for Lincoln, they have also already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against Stover on the 22nd.
