Recap: Gainesville Bulldogs vs. Summersville Wildcats

The Gainesville Bulldogs entered their tilt with the Summersville Wildcats with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Gainesville walked away with a 62-52 win over Summersville on Tuesday. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Gainesville has scored all season.

Defeat or not, Summersville got some senior leadership from Andrew Buschmann who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten assists and Garrin Greear who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds. Greear scored a full 30.8% of Summersville's points, the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Brayden Brawley was another key contributor, scoring six points.

Gainesville's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Summersville, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.
