Soccer Recap: Vidor vs. Hardin-Jefferson
Vidor fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Hardin-Jefferson on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks by a score of 3-2. One thing that didn't help the Pirates' chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of A.J. Wise.

As for Hardin-Jefferson, they will take on Bridge City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bridge City will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Hardin-Jefferson surely won't give up without a fight.
