Volleyball Recap: Evansville Christian Beats South Spencer for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Evansville Christian had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Spencer Rebels. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Evansville Christian never let South Spencer on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-18.

Hallie Higgs paced Evansville Christian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Higgs got some help from Allie Foreman and her 13 assists.

Evansville Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for South Spencer, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Evansville Christian will take on Northeast Dubois at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Spencer, they will be playing at home against Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
