Apex Friendship lost to Green Hope back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Patriots narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Falcons 8-6.

Tristan Delaney was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Jackson McNally was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Apex Friendship now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Green Hope, they dropped their record down to 8-16 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Apex Friendship will challenge Green Level at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Gators will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight. Green Hope does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
