Baseball Recap: Pflugerville Connally Comes Up Short

Pflugerville Connally fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Pflugerville on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Pflugerville Panthers by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Cougars have suffered since February 17th.

Diego Arizpe was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February. Connor Ngo also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
