Moore Haven took a nine-run loss the last time they faced off against Frostproof, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Moore Haven Terriers narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Frostproof Bulldogs 9-7. Preslynn Baker was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out ten batters over 6.1 innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024.
