Civic Leadership is 0-5 against East Windsor since May of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Civic Leadership Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the East Windsor Panthers at 4:00 p.m.
Civic Leadership had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of Academy of Science and Innovation by a score of 5-3 on Monday.
Meanwhile, East Windsor made easy work of Academy of Science and Innovation on Wednesday and carried off an 18-4 win.
AJ Paradis made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). Paradis was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
In other batting news, Tyler Natitus was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Evan Witzke, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
