Soccer Game Preview: Sonoma Valley vs. Napa

The Sonoma Valley Dragons will head out on the road to take on the Napa Grizzlies at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Sonoma Valley's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Casa Grande. That's two games straight that the Dragons have won by exactly three goals.

They hit Casa Grande with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jancarlos Gomez, Lars Wood, and Chris Mendoza.

Meanwhile, neither Napa nor Vintage could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Napa's draw gives them a new season record of 6-2-3. As for Sonoma Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-7-5.
