Volleyball Recap: Eastern Greene Comes Up Short

Eastern Greene lost against Scottsburg back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thunderbirds fell 2-0 to the Warriors.

Reagan Kieft paced Eastern Greene's offense, picking up six kills. Kieft got some help from Ashlynn Bellman and her 12 assists.

Eastern Greene's defeat dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Scottsburg, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 5-23 record.

Coincidentally, Eastern Greene and Scottsburg will both be playing Clay City the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Eels at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, while the Thunderbirds will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
