Copper Canyon won the last time they faced Glendale and things went their way on Thursday too. The Copper Canyon Aztecs walked away with a 64-54 victory over the Glendale Cardinals. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Aztecs.

Glendale's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michael Palomino, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds. Palomino has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more boards the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Anthony Duran, who went 8-for-17 on his way to 23 points.

Copper Canyon's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Glendale, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.

As of now, neither Copper Canyon nor Glendale have any future games scheduled.
