Game recap: Conifer High School Football Team tops Arvada

CONIFER, Colo. - Matthew McClintock ran for two touchdowns and Aj Eleniewski added three as well as Conifer (Colo.) bested Arvada (Colo.) 42-23 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by McClintock in the second quarter, the Lobos led 29-7 at the half.

Conifer expanded its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. CHS scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by McClintock.

The Bulldogs' John Martinez played well. The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns and kicked one extra point. He has now scored three touchdowns on the season.

With the win the Lobos extended their winning streak to three games.
