Basketball Game Preview: Chelsea Bulldogs vs. Roseville Panthers

Having just played yesterday, the Chelsea Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Roseville Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Chelsea has three straight wins, Roseville has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Monday, Chelsea beat Jackson 60-53.

Meanwhile, Roseville took a blow against Lincoln on Saturday, falling 79-50. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 185th, while the Abes are ranked seventh).

Roseville's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Chelsea, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7.

Chelsea didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Roseville in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 58-52 win. Will Chelsea repeat their success, or does Roseville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
