Recap: Bellefonte Raiders vs. Central Mountain Wildcats
The Bellefonte Raiders kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell to Central Mountain 82-77. Bellefonte has struggled against Central Mountain recently, as their matchup on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Hunter Hoy was a one-man wrecking crew for Central Mountain as he scored 32 points along with 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Brady Myers was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Bellefonte's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Central Mountain, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Bellefonte will head out on the road to face off against Selinsgrove at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Mountain, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Claysburg-Kimmel at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
