Volleyball Recap: Savannah Hogarth's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Manual over Arvada + How To Watch

Manual lost against Arvada back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Thunderbolts took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Thunderbolts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Manual was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Arvada work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 21-25, 27-25, 25-13.

Manual's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Savannah Hogarth, who had six aces.

Manual's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Arvada, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Manual wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Alameda on the 28th. As for Arvada, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Denver West on the 28th.
