Baseball Game Preview: Magoffin County Hornets vs. Paintsville Tigers

For the second straight game, Magoffin County will face off against Paintsville. The Hornets will head out to take on the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Magoffin County has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Paintsville will arrive with five straight victories.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Magoffin County's offense. They fell just short of Paintsville by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Hornets have suffered since March 27th.

Paintsville pushed their record up to 17-5 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road.
