Volleyball Game Preview: West Clermont Wolves vs. Turpin Spartans

The West Clermont Wolves will venture away from home to square off against the Turpin Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for West Clermont and 13 for Turpin dating back to last season.

West Clermont lost 3-0 to Anderson on Thursday.

While West Clermont was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by exactly two points. The final score came out to 26-24, 27-25, 28-26.

Meanwhile, Turpin came up short against Mason on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Turpin took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-14, 25-15.

West Clermont's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Turpin, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.

West Clermont beat Turpin 3-1 in their previous meeting back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
