Volleyball Recap: Leon Falls Short Against Ranked Liberty

Leon faced Liberty in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Patriots. The match marked the first time this year in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

Having lost for the first time this season, Leon fell to 10-1. As for Liberty, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 15-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leon will head out to challenge Fairfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty, they will venture away from home to take on Shallowater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
