Volleyball Recap: Olathe Find Success + How To Watch

Olathe won the last time they faced Crested Butte and things went their way on Saturday too. The Pirates narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Titans 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Pirates have posted since October 12, 2024.

Olathe had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-20, 15-11.

Maryann Fassett paced Olathe's offense, picking up eight kills. Fassett got some help from Haley Cox and her 14 assists. Finally, Fassett was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high nine blocks.
