Basketball Recap: Jefferson City Comes Up Short

Jefferson City lost against Hickman back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jefferson City Jays took a 73-58 bruising from the Hickman Kewpies.

Jefferson City's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 15-6. As for Hickman, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 17-5.

Coming up, Jefferson City will host Blair Oaks at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hickman, they will face off against Lutheran North at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
