Basketball Game Preview: Texico Wolverines vs. Tatum Coyotes

The Texico Wolverines will head out on the road to square off against the Tatum Coyotes at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

On Friday, Texico had to suffer through a 66-33 loss at the hands of Tatum. The Wolverines were down 58-24 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

The win (which was Tatum's sixth in a row) raised their record to 20-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.7 points. As for Texico, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 17-8.
