Baseball Recap: Wellsville Tigers vs. David Anderson Blue Devils
Wellsville had lost 13 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 2-13 to make it 14. They lost 16-2 to the David Anderson Blue Devils. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 13-3 to the Blue Devils when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Leland Monte made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double marked the first that he has hit this season.
