Volleyball Recap: Owasso Takes a Loss

Owasso was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Owasso's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Edmond Memorial, the win was the 13th in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Owasso will take on Crestview in a tournament on Thursday. As for Edmond Memorial, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Moore on the 22nd.
