Truckee had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Elko Indians on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wolverines sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Truckee not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Elko between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-17.

Madison Mclellan paced Truckee's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mclellan got some help from Makenna Hogland and her 32 assists. Hogland was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Truckee's victory bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Elko, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-17.

As of now, neither Truckee nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
