Volleyball Game Preview: Kopperl Eagles vs. Blum Bobcats

Kopperl is 0-10 against Blum since September of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kopperl took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Bynum by a score of 3-1.

Meanwhile, Blum got the win against Palmer on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Blum won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-17.

Kopperl pushed their record up to 4-9 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Blum, their victory bumped their record up to 19-20.

Kopperl might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Blum in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
