Cloquet waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines. The two-run effort marked the Lumberjacks' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cloquet's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia], with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-2.
