Baseball Recap: Dothan Takes a Loss

Dothan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tuscaloosa County Wildcats. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dothan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Tuscaloosa County, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Tuscaloosa County wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-7 win against Fairhope on the 28th. Hopefully Dothan paid attention to the Wildcats' matchup: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Wildcats at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
