Volleyball Recap: Asbury Rams vs. Vinemont Eagles

Asbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 34th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vinemont Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture two weeks ago.

Asbury was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring eight points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-8.

Vinemont was led to victory by Jayden Friedrich and Caroline Miller. Friedrich had five aces, while Miller had four aces. Those five aces gave Friedrich a new career-high.
