Softball Recap: 11 Straight Home Wins for Buckingham Charter

Buckingham Charter got themselves on the board against Foresthill on Wednesday, but Foresthill never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Wildfires with a sharp 10-0 win. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Wildfires recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Tamia Cendejas, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April of 2024. Juliette Spencer was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Buckingham Charter's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11.5 runs. As for Foresthill, they moved to 8-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Buckingham Charter nor the Wildfires have any future games scheduled.
