Soccer Recap: Chatham Charter Takes a Loss

If Chatham Charter was riding high fresh off their 8-1 takedown of Triangle Math & Science last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights came up short against the Woods Charter Wolves on Thursday, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Chatham Charter can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 392nd, while Woods Charter are ranked 190th).

Chatham Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Woods Charter, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.
