Cole strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Jones Trojans 68-16. Fans of the Cougars have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Leading Cole to victory were Nolan Richardson and Aric Powell. Richardson dropped a double-double with 18 points and 12 boards, while Powell shot 53% from the field to rack up 20 points. Those 20 points gave Powell a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Khailen White, who posted ten points.

Cole smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in eight consecutive games dating back to last season.

Cole's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Jones, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Cole didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-57 win against Cigarroa on the 21st. Jones has also already played their next matchup (against San Antonio Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
