            Basketball Recap: West Point Warriors vs. Brewer Patriots        
        
		
        
        
            West Point and Brewer squared off in some playoff action  on Saturday, but West Point had to settle for second. They fell to the Brewer Patriots  59-54. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  61-54  back in December of 2024.
 It was another big night for  Jackson Dunn, who  went 11 of 17  on his way to 29 points for Brewer. Dunn's morning made it three games in a row in which  he has scored at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was  Austyn Holmes, who  posted 12  points along with six  rebounds and five  assists.
West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 21-8. As for Brewer, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine games,  which provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record  this season.
 West Point does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brewer, they will take on Arab on Tuesday. Brewer has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 175 points over their last three matchups.
