Hamshire-Fannett lost to West Orange-Stark back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Longhorns strolled past the Mustangs with points to spare, taking the game 58-40.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hamshire-Fannett to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dmitri Hill, who shot 40% from the field to rack up 15 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Blake Broussard, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds.

Hamshire-Fannett smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in four consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
