Barnstable is 8-2 against Dartmouth since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Red Hawks will venture away from home to face off against the Indians at 6:15 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Barnstable made easy work of Nauset Regional and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Hawks.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 25-14.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Dartmouth, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Greater New Bedford RVT 3-2 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won three in a row.

Dartmouth's record now sits at 11-4. As for Barnstable, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Barnstable couldn't quite get it done against Dartmouth when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Red Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
