If Elkhart wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Southwestern Heights, they should've done a better job of containing Layla Pearl Kisner. The Southwestern Heights Mustangs claimed a resounding 65-13 win over the Elkhart Wildcats thanks to Pearl Kisner, who went 9-for-21 en route to 24 points and four steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Katelyn Reiss, who posted nine points. That's the most points she has posted since back in December of 2024.

Southwestern Heights' victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Elkhart, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-14.

As of now, neither Southwestern Heights nor Elkhart have any future games scheduled.
