Softball Recap: San Marin Mustangs vs. Novato Hornets
While San Marin's win against Novato wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs skirted past the Hornets 7-5. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
Taryn Ellinthorpe spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
