Softball Preview: Coastal Academy Stingrays vs. Bishop's Knights

The Coastal Academy Stingrays will venture away from home to face off against the Bishop's Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Coastal Academy will be strutting in after a win while Bishop's will be coming in after a loss.

On Wednesday, Coastal Academy made easy work of Foothills Christian and carried off a 16-4 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Stingrays' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Therese Frazer was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Frazer was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
